The DeConti concept stores are modular solutions, from corner store of 30 sq m. to big locations over 150 sq. m.; among intermediate solutions, the formats can be highlighted by three standard dimensions:

Store: shop with large surface space, backed by a lounge area with tables, chairs and sofas, characteristics that expands consumption motivations to occasions of assembly, friendship and free time;

Take-away: small location, dedicated to the dispensation of quick beverages suitable altogether for a consumption outside the shop, targeted at business clientele or passers-by;

Corner/Kiosk: point of sales not located in a traditional “four-wall” setting, a physical, well-defined ambiance, but inserted in another structure thus utilizing open or semi-open spaces;
